3 Mar - 7.5 Mar

Howdy all. I have made my return to Crossfit. I decided I wanted to start with the CFT to gauge where I am (how much I've lost) and track progress better. I'm in the middle of it so tonight, if I remember, I'll post to comments what my total is.

FOOD:
3 Mar
Eggs 2, pear, apple
Chicken and fruit salad
Veggie Chips, trail mix, and turkey
Water
(this was not ideal mainly bc I had a soccer game and sucked bad style due to the lack of energy. noted)

4 Mar
Eggs 2, bacon, peaches, pear
Chicken n A1, pear, applesauce, Banana
Turkey Cutlets, squash, zucchini
water

5 Mar
Peaches, banana
(Road trip)
trailmix, eggs (hardboiled 2), grapes
Turkey, Ham deli meat, red/yellow/orange bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, olives, tomato, cantaloupe, pineapple (small portions of each)
punch, wedding cake
california club with sweet potato fries
2 cape cods

6 Mar
Apples, trailmix, turkey
Ham, apples, oranges
Something for dinner

7 Mar
Egg 1, bacon, kiwi, orange
Ham deli meat, corn (finish for baby)
Chicken tenders, sweet tater bits (1/4c), mushrooms, Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness
