30 March

Had yet another good Paleo day. I wasn't all that hungry today which is good, but strange. I say strange because I wod-ed yesterday and I'm normally famished for a few days following. Maybe I'm eating the correct amount of calories to keep me happy. Who would every think that?! Didn't get to wod today. Time can get away from me just like that. Tomorrow is another day. byebye

Tuesday pm

Had a good paleo day and Crossfit day! No cheats! Did CFE strength n conditioning wod. I was going to do the CFE wod but by the end of the day I could barely lift my arms above parallel. I'll work up to it. Feeling good.

29 March

So, the past 5 days haven't been the best, Paleo-wise. There have been a few cheat meals and even a cheat day. It's funny how your whole perception of self changes when you cheat. Not only does your body reap what you have sowed but your self image is one of loss and disappointment. Mine is, at least. My cheating is done (with the exception of April 9) for a few months. I've learned. I've grown. I'll move forward.

24 March

In the last week, I've had 2 cheat meals. Both of which are seeking revenge. The first, I was sick no more than 8 hours later with a strange dull, heavy, nauseous feeling in my lower gut. I was so sick for about 12 hours. The second, I was sick almost immediately. Granted, the second had WAY more refined carbs than the first. My lesson has been learnt. Moving on.

March 23?

So I've been having an energy problem. Lacking. We all know at this point that I'm not the best at eating during the day. Baby duties end up taking all my time but at this point my energy levels are waning and even my duties as super mom are hindered by my lack of energy. (run-on sentence much?) Today was my first day to take time for my meal. It went ok. Ax protested me ignoring him while I cooked then ate but he'll get used to it. For all you non-parents, it's tough to balance yourself and baby needs. It tough not to make them the center of your life. But things deteriorate and it yanks you back to center yourself again. I had 2 nice well rounded meals. (according to Paleo and Zone) That's all for now

Howdy all. I have made my return to Crossfit. I decided I wanted to start with the CFT to gauge where I am (how much I've lost) and track progress better. I'm in the middle of it so tonight, if I remember, I'll post to comments what my total is.

22 Feb - 2 Mar

I won't bore you with my resolution to be better. It's getting old. Whatev. Today is the first day that I have felt less than great on this diet. I haven't been bad since Sunday but I guess the consequences are far reaching. to be blunt, I feel fat today. :/ I haven't gained weight nor have I lost but I may be retaining water. (That's right, my aunt has stopped in) On top of that, My poor boy had the worst day of fussiness on record today. 3 straight hours of crying for no reason that I could decipher. Just when I had decided to call the hospital to give him back, he snuggled up close to me and fell asleep for a nice 1.5 hour nap. It was amazing and then he remained happy as a clam until bedtime. I'm hoping it was just a short term, one day thing. *Fingers crossed*
On the up side, FD may be hiring soon so I'm gearing up for that. Going to the bookstore tomorrow for some study aides and work out a WOD program with the hubs.  (I know, I know, just do the main site) I have to work on my running too. I know that I can do the distance, it's just going to be getting in under the time. I'm naturally programmed to run 10 minute miles. I'm built for torque, not speed ;) Enough babble, here's the food.
