9 May

My guilt has kept me away. I have resolve, however, and will move forward. Yesterday was my first day back to Crossfit and I did better than I could have hoped! I didn't finish last, but I was significantly scaled. No biggie. I'll post tonight on the day.

With a continuous running clock, complete:
Two minutes max rep Wall Balls
Two minutes max rep Burpees
Two minutes max rep Double Unders (Did skips instead)
800m Run
21 Power Cleans (55 lb.)

  1. So, today was great! I haven't had a day like today in a long time!! Diet was awesome too.
    Almond flour berry pancakes this am with eggs and orange juice.
    Lunch was a the blue berry Naked smoothie.
    Dinner was Paleo Meatloaf. Yummy!!
